"Not a fan. Needed a sunroof repair, they sent this guy with no manners to talk to me which already bugged me because I set it up on the phone a week prior to talk with someone else whom I had done business with in the past and liked. This guy starts overstating the previous quote (which I can understand.) I end up agreeing to have them perform the work, I gave them credit card info and paid MORE than they wanted as a show of good faith. This guy acted like he was doing me a favor by "squeezing me in" even though I told him I could work on their timeline but apparently to this guy "Terry" doing his job isn't a simple task. I get a call the next day saying that my credit card was "declined" which I knew couldn't be possible because I didn't have a balance on this particular card (a practice I use when doing business for the first time with someone.) His response was that it wasn't his problem and I asked him to slow down and to stop making me feel poorly for this unfortunate situation, I called my credit card company to find out they were putting in the wrong address, which is fine, I tried to call back to talk them through it and the owner "Tim" gets on the phone and lets off on me (this was after I had asked Terry to let me speak with someone else.) So basically this company thinks they're changing the world one car at a time but they're not.. Ended up going to their competitor the same day with the same declined credit card at a repair of $200 LESS than I was going to pay them! I wouldn't let this group of "professionals" clip my toenails future moving forward let alone touch my vehicle...."
