"Tried to set up a full detail via phone and text to no avail. Scheduled online and got an email saying they’d review my appointment and get back to me. Two weeks later, no confirmation or denial of that appointment. I called, texted, emailed for a number of days to figure out what was up and received no response. Finally, the night before, my appointment was declined. They might do good work, but I’ll never know."
