"I placed order via app for pickup - There was a line in the drive thru of 6 cars. All 6 cars ordered paid and got their food while I’m still sitting waiting on my food. When I finally got my food it wasn’t what I ordered. I came back and went inside and explained this was not what I ordered. I told them 3 or more times what I ordered and they still had to ask me. 4th time. I was in a huge hurry I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I left and headed back to work and I got my sandwich out and they still messed up my order. I wanted my sandwich plain meat and bread only — it came with everything in it including cheese of which I repeated meat and bread only NO CHEESE. I was livid and called back up there and spoke to the manager. He offered no apologies just said I could come back and they would remake my order for free. Free means you would mean to refund my money but that wasn’t being offered. I had to go back to work without eating any lunch and was hungry. I called their corporate office later that day and explained what happened and was promised a call from the district mgr. Didn’t happen. I called twice more and told them no no one has called me back. No one from McDonahs has ever called me back and it’s been over a month. Not only are their employees at their restaurants incopatent so are their management"
"Literally just left this location & bought two meals. Came home to only ONE medium fry, for two meals, no onions or pickles on my burgers, & a syrupy sprite with no carbonation. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe how our meals were"
"Very slow at drive through. Never seems to be able to get the line to move at a decent pace. Don't know if it is a personnel situation or something else. They just can't seem to get their stuff together and make it a cohesive smooth operation."
"Newly remodeled store. Very modern and open feel. I'm not a fan of this particulars store remodel as the dining area seems cheap and kinda doesn't go with the theme of McDonalds. Service was fast, but I was the only one dining inside. It was clean, however it was close to closing time so they where cleaning up."
