"We went in for our son's 2nd ever hair cut and 1st time with a buzzer. Robert did such an amazing job starting from when we walked in the door. He greeted us with a smile , offered snacks/drinks and got us in early. He was SO good with our son who is only 20 months old. He got down on his level, talked through everything with our son and let him touch the tools before using it on him. He made him feel very comfortable and us as well. He was so patient & kind. Robert set my kid up with a “special” chair that he found in the waiting room, got him a snack, and took time to make him comfort with the tools.
