"I was unfortunate to be in an accident that caused two claims through my insurance. Because of this unusual situation, I had to rent a car for one month, then return to swap out with a different car for the second month while my car was in the shop. The entire situation was depressing and dire... until I went to pick up my rental car. Lincoln (and his manager, Chris) were AWESOME. After a minor life-changing event like *that*, to get me to laugh and walk / drive away happy? I will never forget the professionalism and kindness they showed me, and I will always refer friends & family, and go to this location for any future rental needs. Rarely have I been impressed with a *car rental* business... but those two guys really made everything so much better. I cannot thank them enough."
