"My first experience at this outlet store was great! The workers were enthusiastic and helpful! I ended up buying way more than I expected. I returned today bc of their sale and bc of how great the customer service was the first time. I’m leaving now empty handed bc upon walking in, neither of the associates even spoke. No “hello”, “how can we help you”, NOTHING. I literally walked past both of them and neither parted their lips towards me. The male worker looked me in my eyes and didn’t say a word. Im going to gladly unsubscribe from their emails and I’m glad I didn’t get the credit card bc I’d be canceling it today."

"I got a text message from J. Crew about a deal and went into buy some pants. A guy (who I later found out was the manger) explained to me that it was an online only, but when asked to explain it again and what discount I was eligible for, was very rude and short with me for asking for a simple explanation! I’m giving three stars, because the salesgirl, Whitney I think, was very sweet and apologetic for his behavior. She even showed me other deals that would apply to my purchase. Will come back for great product, but avoiding that man."

"THEY SCAM YOU HERE! I was trying to get some pants that said 40% off the ticket price, but the cashier rung it up as above the ticket price. Then, when I brought it up, he was like "that's soo funny hahahaha" but it wasn't because they were stealing my money. He tried to correct it and said the extra money would be sent back to my card. I assumed it would because any competent employee would be able to do that, but my card was never refunded. I should have asked for a manager when it took the brainless cashier more than 10 minutes to even figure out what was going on. Don't waste your time at this store if you value money. They employees will manipulate prices to take as much of it as they can from you. I will buy online in the future."

"I forget the gentleman’s name, but he has dyed white hair, wears glasses.. he is a really good sales person haha. Very personable and friendly. He almost got us to buy some tech pants that we were not in there to buy (we were looking for chino shorts), and we were super tempted to buy both. Unfortunately, he got us three days before our eight day beach trip, that we very carefully budgeted for. we’ll come back in and see him again real soon! :)"
