"****Rude RUDE RUDE **** both my girlfriends went today to get nails and toes done I asked if they are ok to walk in and they said yes. I drive away while the girls get their toes soaked the lady tells them they must pay first Never ever have I been asked to pay first for some nails. They judged the girls right away and wasted our time and energy. Rude and unprofessional people here"

"I had a horrible experience at this nail salon. I believe they treat their customers differently based on the color of their skin. I was really excited to try this nail salon. But when I arrived I explained that I only had one hour to get both a dip manicure and I also requested a pedicure. They didn't have my services done in an hour. I was there for TWO hours and they still weren't done. I had to leave and come back for them to finish. CRAZY. I was told to pay up front, which I think is odd but there are sign up requesting payment in advance. I let that slide. But the woman also demanded that I pay in cash. But they had no cash machine. She told me to go to the nearest cash machine which was down the street at Walgreens. Yet, other people were paying with their cards. All this added time, which I didn't have. I spent $145 on what was supposed to be an ombre french manicure and a pedicure. The tech messed up my manicure and my nails turned out just white. You can see in the photos I posted what my nails looked like and what they were supposed to look like and there is a huge difference. I asked for a square shape and she have me almond. All the while the were rude and acting like they didn't want me there in the first. I felt like they were treating differently based on my skin color. Other people were not be treated the way I was being treated. Unfortunate. Over priced. Didn't get what I asked for."

"I had really bad experience. The staff was rude at get go. She didn't say hello to us. She led us on the back room and socked my feet. After couple of minutes she come and demanded we pay. She harassed me to pay. I had to dry my feet and go the front desk and pay. she then took couple of minute and finished my pedi care. literally she watched my feet with water and soap. It was such a waste of money and time. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
