"Bummed that this place charged me for a no show hair cut even though I emailed immediately that morning to let the stylist know I was sick (nasty cold and fever). There is no other way to contact the stylist or salon since they are independent contractors and vagaro does not let you reschedule if you are in the 12 hour window to the appointment. My appt was at 3:45pm and I sent the email at 9am."
