"I've been to many threading places before and I'm used to a certain set up: run and operated by South Asian women, you go in and it hurts a small amount, it takes under ten minutes and usually costs ten dollars, and they do a fine job. The threading I got here was the softest and most intricate threading I ever had, so if you're sensitive to pain this would be the place to go. Of course, you have to pay way more than at most places. I'm not white, so I'll probably not go here again, but it was nice."

"I had to get my eyebrows threaded as I couldn't do a wax at my usual place due to a medication I was on. Whoever did my brows demolished them. She caused at least two bald spots, they were uneven/didn't match, the took a lot off the top and hardly any off the bottom and on one of them tried to create an arch instead of following the natural one. I had to go to my usual place and ask if they could tweeze to try to salvage them as best as they could and they did an amazing job with what they had to work with given how butchered they were. During the threading, she even said "Whoops, it slipped!" which I assume is what caused one of the bald patches, and asked me if I wanted her to "pencil in the thinned out spots" which I had never been asked before. I was shocked when I saw them in the mirror but did not trust her to do anything else. So I had to pay for this threading and for the fix up job at my usual spot. I am so, so disappointed. The only reason I give two stars is I did get threading done once (maybe twice?) here before I decided to stick with waxing at my usual spot and those were fine, not amazing. But they at least did not look hideous like my most recent one. Such a waste of money and now I have to wait months for them to hopefully grow back in the spots she destroyed. **EDIT** I updated this to 3 stars because as soon as I reached out, they responded to me and gave me a refund as well as recommendation for brow growth serum and apologies for the hassle I had to go through. So while it was one bad experience, their customer service was top notch!"
