"I loved Laura! She was gentle, and really sweet, and my experience was great with her. I liked all the ladies, they looked like they enjoyed their job, but the problem was they were constantly in and out the corridor into the waiting area, talking really loudly. I don't know if it was a shift change or something, but I was really taken aback by the noise level. I usually go to the Vadnais Heights location, and the door btwn the corridor and waiting area is usually closed. Don't get me wrong! I'm glad that all the employees enjoy their jobs, and enjoy each other's company. I just wish they had been socializing in their break area, and it was awkward hearing the talk about some really personal stuff. Overall, great service, but the atmosphere was a little too intense for me."
