"I only came here because of a recommendation, apparently they give out a full print sheet of your entire car with specifics on areas that need attention(I WAS NEVER GIVEN THAT COURTESY) Brought my vehicle in knowing there was something wrong. Diagnostic alone was over 100, even though they said everything was fine. I knew I needed an alignment & rotation so thats all i asked for. I was told the ONLY thing wrong with my car was the tire "beads" were leaking. So I drove home after paying a week later because id not heard anything back. Not even 20 minutes after driving off the lot, my back tire that he rotated blew out(thought they were perfectly fine?)& I'm surprised they didn't have the gall to charge me a tow because they definitely charged me 2 tires that I wasnt aware of until a WEEK after I'd gotten NO call or update to FIX the inital tire they "cleaned" for the leaking beads, I almost lost my life leaving this autoshop the first time & they absolutely ignored me until my paycheck came & because of the hidden fees, wasn't able to make rent which they knew from the first visit. I will never come back here again, I'm sure both parties are thankful for that & I went to a DIFFERENT autoshop that ACTUALLY told me what was FULLY wrong."
