Ideal Image Edina

"I would love to give this place zero stars. I started my Botox and injectable’s in October of 2021. A quick search on Google led me to Ideal Image in Maple Grove. I did my consultation and per recommendations, I signed up for their membership for better pricing and I was to receive CoolTone Sculpting as a free gift for signing up. I also signed up for the Fortiva credit card offered through Ideal Image. Everything seemed great. I got my lips injected, followed with Botox. The CoolTone Sculpting was a few weeks out. The day of my appointment, I was about 20 minutes away to receive a call that the person who was to do my appointment called in sick. That happened 2 more times with very short notice. I ended up not getting the treatment due to my frustrations with leaving work and en route being cancelled. Over the course of the next 2 years, it was a similar trend. My Botox appointments would get cancelled with short notice. The Fortiva credit card, no one knew how to process it for payment. This card is only good for ideal image so it was a little concerning that they offered it but didn’t know how to run it. My final straw was that I was scheduled for filler the 2nd week of March. My 10 year old daughter and I arrived and she had her tablet and intended to wait in the lobby for the brief appointment. They turned us away and said that she could not be in the lobby alone. I asked where this policy was posted?! They don’t have one… weird. I had another appointment for Botox scheduled in Edina for 3/16 at 8:00am. I was on my way to the appointment on 3/16 when I got a call at 7:43am that the injector was sick and they were canceling my appointment. I was now extremely frustrated.. I asked for a manager to call me as I’ve been turned away and cancelled 2 weeks in a row. She offered several appointments that didn’t work with my schedule as I work and weekend appointments work best. I expressed the inconvenience and time constraints as I’m getting married on 4/4. She agreed to have manager call me on Monday and I took an appointment for 3/19 at 5:10pm in Edina. I confirmed twice with the receptionist. I show up for my scheduled appointment to be told that I’m not scheduled until 4/2 at 5:10 in Woodbury. I’m now irate. Everything is screwed up. They end up taking me and doing the Botox, but not before struggling for 25 minutes trying to process my payment. They told me I didn’t have credit left?! I showed them the credit card app which showed I have a 0 balance and thousands in available credit. They were able to process it but the whole experience left me irritated and treated very poorly. I thankfully found a great place in Golden Valley that uses NP for injectors. So much better and worth every penny. I will never step foot in an ideal image again. Management is a joke and doesn’t own their mistakes."

"This was a wonderful experience the nurse was very informative and gentle. Front staff was also amazing, my phone was almost dead and they found a charger for me and had my phone almost fully charged by the end of my session. Above and beyond service!"

"I've worked with all of the nurses and they've really helped me achieve my "Ideal Image." The front staff are always warm & welcoming. There was one time that my appointment was automatically cancelled but they were still able to take me back for my treatment. Talk about "Ideal" customer service!"
