A huge problem I had with electrolysis before was the excruciating pain getting my upper lip and chin done, but Heather uses a heavy-duty numbing cream that helps tremendously in most areas!!! Her office is so clean, aesthetically-appealing, and clutter-free. The space is very welcoming, inviting, spacious, and minimalistic, and I feel so at-ease. She is kind and relatable and chats with me through the sessions -- which offers a good distraction from discomfort -- but isn't overly talkative and still focuses on the work. I did notice at first Heather's prices are higher than what I've seen, but she is WELL-WORTH every cent and it evens out because she gets more done in less time! Plus, she's the only electrologist close to where I live in St. Louis Park. Can't recommend Heather more!!!!"
