"While visting from another town we stopped at this location as we have in the past when we do visit in New Boston, this visit was the worst of all, we were sold 4 rock hard until it crumbled biscuits, the chicken was so old it was not hot nor fresh, we took the whole order back not expecting to agrue with why we wanted the chicken replaced and this was after I called to inform that none of the food was fresh, they knew we would be back so they gave us a cookie, the large boxed ones for our trouble that was sitting to the side, now going back to the staff, there must have been 5-6 on duty that evening and it was not busy so we are not sure why they served us the food they did and we think the cookiee they had set aside may have caused a family memeber to get a stomach infection. With an all White staff in a small town where racisim exits, if you are Black do not order in the drive-thru, go inside and watch how they prepare your food or find another location, these people at this location cannot be trusted."
"Good KFC chicken above what you normally expect from KFC. The staff was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Got a 12-piece chicken bucket to go, everyone liked it. Restaurant and outside of store was clean."
"The menu has lots to choose from. The service is fast. Staff were nice. The inside area was clean, lunch run had plenty of customers eating inside. Conveniently located at I-30 and hwy 8 for dine-in take-out and drive thru. Plenty of parking. Plus TACO BELL is located inside too."
"Our order was completely wrong. The chicken had no flavor and one of orders was for the original and it was so tough it could not be eaten. We will not eat here again. At the price charged it should have been where you could at least eat it. We went through the drive through due to mobility issues."
"This crew working on August 2nd at 10pm was the best time and they went above and beyond the call of duty!! They wanted to give us great food and graciously asked us if we could wait until they made fresh food for our somewhat large order and we accepted. But they went further by offering us drinks while we waited and even more chit chatted with us as they all stayed busy doing their closing routine.we all laughed and smiled. We had just closed off a rather stressful day before entering the restaurant, and this well oiled machine of a crew topped off the day with the professionalism that they have... 5 stars for ever...thanks to all who were working hard this night! Bravo!!!!"
