"I would give a negative number if possible. This is the 3rd time I attempted to try this cookie-cutter hair cutting service. What a mistake. Do not go to this Fantastic Sam's in Shakopee if you're used to first class service!!! They are racist, bigoted and not courteous!!! I made an appointment online as I was in a crunch and needed a quick grey root-touchup. The appointment was at 12pm on a Sat. There was no selection that I could find online in their new booking system just for this service, so I selected the closest matching option. I showed up 5mins early. They gave me some kind of run around & couldn't do my grey coverage service because the selection online was incorrect. There was no phone call, no text nor an email to notify me that they couldn't do my hair. I drove 30 minutes to this location because I needed a quick root coverage. It was absolutely ridiculous! There was no apology whatsoever and then when I called to confront them they hung up on me. I guess this is what I get for trying to do a quick touch up instead of going to my normal Coles salon service. You get what you pay for is really true and I will be sticking to my normal high-end services from now on. Thank you deplorable employees at this location for the racism & very rude (non) service."

"I loved my haircut I got at the Shakopee Fantastic Sams. I ended up going there for my haircut after being sent away from my scheduled haircut appointment at the Fantastic Sams in Prior Lake. I had set up an appointment on line to get my haircut at the prior Lake Fantastic Sams, showed up there and the stylist beautician I was booked with took a look at my picture of the haircut I wanted and said it’s a boys haircut I don’t have time to blow dry it. I showed her the picture again and she said oh it’s an inverted stacked then went into the back room. A couple minutes later she came out and said I am sorry I have to reschedule your haircut appointment I do have time to do that cut as I have another client coming in in half an hour. I proceeded to turn red gathered up my things and stormed out the door then I went to the Shakopee Fantastic Sams and asked if they had an opening for a haircut. They did in 20 minutes of the time I arrived there so I showed the picture and asked if it was possible to get that cut or would I be turned down again there. They said yes I would be able to get that cut. Cassidy the stylist that cut my hair did such a great job and was so apologetic about what happened at the prior lake shop. I tipped her a generous tip and thanked her asked for her card and she said sorry to inform me that she was leaving that shop but recommended another stylist that specializes in the cut I received and told me I would definitely not be disappointed with her. I will be booking my appointments with the Shakopee Fantastic Sams. The one in prior lake lost a client and I will be spreading what happened to me about that shop. Customer service means a lot. And I rec the best customer service at the Shakopee Fantastic Sams. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
