"called over the phone to place an order and once i got to the drive thru, they didn’t even have the order entered in. we had to wait for them to place it while sitting in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. once we got the pizza it didn’t have extra sauce. we tried to call the store and all they said was “the cooks says they put extra sauce, and there is nothing we could do anything about it”. we could’ve even brought the pizza back after even paying for additional bacon on it just to prove that no extra sauce was put on, but they declined."

"I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was to be delivered by Uber eats. After waiting for hour and half and no pizza we realized The Uber eats driver stole my pizza! I called cicis and spoke to Mario who then had my pizza remade and HE PERSONALLY delivered as quickly as possible AND gave my kids cinnamon rolls as a dessert for the trouble. This kind gesture of him going above and beyond personally delivering my pizza was amazing and I will continue to support Cicis bc of this! Thank you Mario!"

"I ordered a thin crust with sausage and green pepper. Picked it up at the drive thru. Service was good and speed time was good. But the pizza was terrible. The crust was like a piece of cardboard. I couldn't even bite into it. I have never had a thin crust that was that terrible. Ended up scraping the toppings off and just eating them. Threw the crust away. Will not eat there again."

"Is it the best pizza in town? No, but is it really good pizza that’s all-you-can-eat with a bomb salad bar, soup, pasta, cheesy bread, and fun dessert options with a game room to keep the wild childs distracted?? YES. The atmosphere is a little off putting, probably bc it’s been around for a longgggg time and the booths are a bit run down and the wall art is cheesy and out dated (no pun intended). Note I am all for a booth but here I recommend getting a table bc when they put out a hot new pizza they yell it out and you’re gonna wanna mow down the person that’s trapped you in a booth to get to the pizza before it’s gone. The staff is pretty friendly and pro tip: you can request a pizza of your choice like taco pizza or Mac n cheese and they will make it for you, but again, they are going to yell it out loud so be prepared to beat the crowd and those starving high school boys. As far as dessert pizzas go, Bavarian crème all day. I’m not much of a sweet tooth but you’re going to wanna try this before you get full. The soda station has coke products, lemonade, tea, and Powerade and you’ll find my favorite hot pepper flakes in little packets by the tea. I guess grated parm is more popular bc you can find that in the big shakers all around the place. Also, the workers work hard to clean the tables fast and pick up the dirty plate and tray stations, A little tip on the table is always appreciated, just keep an eye on the wild children running around…they seem to have a gambling problem in the game room."
