"Love Gentry Chevrolet. Lots to look at and good people working there."
"I brought my vehicle for service due to the tire pressure light and engine light coming on. They had me replace my vehicles battery, get a new key fob, replace all of my tire sensors, etc. I paid about $3,500 in parts and labor. My vehicle was in the shop for a week! Once I got it back, a week later my vehicle started to do the EXACT same thing. When I went back, I explained the situation in a respectful manner and discussed with them that my vehicle shouldn’t be giving me any problems, especially because of how high the amount that I paid was. The guy proceeded to tell me “ Oh that ain’t nothing!” I never felt so humiliated in my life."

"Sold me a piece of junk car for way over the value. Lied to me and my lender. Paid 2000 dollars for a warranty and when I come in to get it fixed when it breaks down within 90 days they offer no help and refuse to accept responsibility for their bad business practices. Do not deal with these crooks. Update... even with my so called warranty that I was told covered everything under the hood it's still going to cost me 3000$ to get it fixed. I'll be contacting an attorney about this."
