"First forgot part of order. Then part was made wrong. Then forgot any utensils. Then we were shorted amount of order. Had to push call button repeatedly. They wasn't busy so I guess they were focused somewhere else."

"Our order was made quickly and correctly. However, this particular Sonic Drive-In does not give you a lot of room to get your order because of the menu sign placement if you have a larger vehicle. That's not the employees fault, but they need to plan a little better when building new franchises."
