"Had scheduled to go to the salon today because my daughter (6) had been begging to get her ears pierced for a year. We scheduled with Yaquelin T. who was so so so amazing and patient. My daughter had gotten scared after the first piercing and wanted, but was scared, to get the second pierce. She was so patient with us and spent way longer than she needed to with us. With the assistance of another Ulta staff, Cheryl who I cannot thank enough, we were able to complete the piercing. Thank you so much for your patience. We almost walked out with only one ears pierced. So professional and caring! Definitely recommended Ulta for services..... Great people all around!"
"wasnt greeted when i walked it but that's understandable as it was extremely crowded. asked an employee if they knew if this location sold a specific product since i saw it on the website but couldn't find it in store, and she said "no they only sell that at sephora" (i know sephora doesnt carry the product) she didnt ask if i needed help with anything else and walked away, it wasnt a huge deal but no less than 30 seconds later i overheard another customer ask the same employee about a product and she replied with the same response "no that's just at sephora" could've just been a coincidence."

"Tim at the NARS counter is my hero! I spent more money than I normally do on makeup, but it was worth every penny! He help me choose just the right products and I have felt so much more pretty and confident everyday since. He was able to choose just the right shade and type of foundation so that I feel natural and fresh looking. The staff at the front was so friendly and fun also."
"I am giving this place five stars because my wife likes it a lot. It is not very pleasant for me as a guy. The place absolutely reeks of perfume and other product smells. However, I do have to appreciate how amazingly beautiful it is. Everything is in lit shelves. The place feels very open even though the aisles are very crowded and narrow. The number of choices here are overwhelming. Pricewise, I could not tell you if this place is reasonable – it seems extremely expensive. If you are a guy, avoid this place. If you are like my wife with a lot of money, you have found a paradise."
