"Zero stars! Watch out for this company, we had a car rented, confirmation, personally called to confirm and when we arrived there were no cars available. No cancellation, notification, apologies and very rude. There’s no other competitor in Marshall MN so apparently they get away with it. Very sad way to run a business."

"I was only bringing some friends to pick up a rental and I stayed to make sure everything went ok. But it took forever and we already drove an hour to get there. The price that was quoted over the phone was changed to become more expensive and for a very misinformed reason on the employees part. Mostly due to a lack of knowledge about the inner workings of the services offered. What reasonably shouldn't have taken more than 20 minutes, took over an hour. This wad ridiculous along with the infant we had with this really was more cumbersome than anything. I hope it's not like this always."
