"Called to make an appointment. I am told they don't accept appointments and it is walk-in only. Show up at 6pm, the time I wanted to make an appointment for, and am told they are booked up for the night with over an hour wait time. Would not recommend. Keep getting your business from your regulars. I hope it keeps you afloat. I will go with somewhere that respects my time."

"My girl asked for a trim and to add some layers but got in return a chop cut no layers were add also the lady asked if she wanted product then went to the back out of sight with some foreign substance and proceeded to very roughly comb through her hair with her fingers"
"Cut way to much after I asked for a little more off and got mad that I wanted some more off, it’s a short wait time means they don’t do good service. Will not be returning to great clips again, it’s normally never great!"
"Amber cut my 5 (almost 6) year old son's hair and did a wonderful job!! It can't be easy cutting kids hair but she was great and this may be my favorite haircut he's ever gotten. So cute and right in time for school pics!"
