"I had a horrible experience and will never go back. I waited over an hour to see Crystal. Then she walks in with 3 other people and doesn't explain who she is or who these random people are. I had to stop her and ask her. When you are going through a traumatic experience and have 4 strangers in the room, this is NOT okay. The experience was rushed on top of it. She was talking more to her entrage than me, the patient. Very disappointed."
"I recently recieved a Platinum HydraFacial from Mattey- and WOW!!! I had NO IDEA my skin could look and feel this great! Mattey made sure to take the time to explain the whole process, how each product worked and what I should expect after the fact. She was friendly, supportive and very knowledgeable- and to actually SEE what came from my skin at the end?! Grossly satisfying lol- no wonder my skin was so dewy and glowing after the facial- clearly my skin needed it!! I would HIGHLY recommend Mattey and her facials/products- a 10 out of 10!"
