"The older lady at front desk for er triage is rude and told one of my pregnant daughterinlaw if she goes to Hastings then she should just go there. I don’t think it matters what hospital you go to as long as your there to get treated and get help for the emergency and she is 8 months pregnant and was bleeding. Northeastern Health system DO BETTER!!! Teach your workers how to respect someone wishes and when they need help attend them with respect and no be hateful!!! If she don’t like her job she needs to removed!"

And to have my daughterinlaw feel that way like she wasn’t wanted there while pregnant and scared cause she was bleeding and putting more stress on her? She should feel safe at any hospital! "HIGHLY disappointed in this hospital. My mother passed on December 10, 2023, and I had to physically call the hospital multiple times (along with the funeral home) to ask the physician to sign her death certificate, so we could cremate my mother. The staff has treated me great, and understands there needs of closure, however the physician couldn’t be bothered due to the holidays. Not to mention he had 10 days prior to the holidays. Now come January, we finally get told the physician signed it, but he did it incorrectly, and the death certificate has to be amended. Today has been one month since my mother passed and we are still waiting on the physician so we can get my mother’s cremains. Do not recommend, due to physician lack of compassion for his patients and their families."

"I was there for 9 days this year and I couldn’t have asked for a better staff. From the doctors all the way to the evs workers, everyone is so nice, attentive, professional and most of all give excellent care. I never felt ignored, I truly felt cared about, and they took wonderful care of me and my wounds. I loved all my techs and nurses and I’d give a million stars if I could!"
