"I first set an appointment up with them and they canceled it due to the doctor going on vacation reset up. Another appointment was 15 minutes late due to traffic. The receptionist told me off asked to speak to her manager. Her manager was rude about me only being 15 minutes late And told me I needed to reschedule again for a third time would not recommend and will never go back unless they change their ways"

"Okay. So you know I don't go to the dentist if I can help it and I don't mean like most people. My last dentist visit was over 20 years ago. And now What brings me here. I had a tooth that was going to need to be taken care of sure enough. So I went to Community Dental Care of Buffalo to get my molar which had gone bad and was hurting like a son of a gun to have it removed. The front end team was outrageously amazing kind friendly and very reassuring. The dental team was outstanding I have never been so calm in a dentist office in my entire life today is the day after the appointment on the 24th today is the 25th My tooth extraction my whole jaw doesn't even hurt I don't know what you can say about any other people but for a dentist to pull a tooth and I have no pain whatsoever cannot complain in the least these people are the real deal everybody should go there. I'm actually signing up with these folks to be my regular dentist office and I'm going to go in for the cleanings and for checkups and everything I haven't wanted to go to the dentist since the one experience I had so many years ago so anyway."

"Dr.Kylie was absolutely amazing when I got a filling! I didn’t feel anything even when she gave me Novocain!! She was so caring and gentle which made me feel at ease! All of the staff were wonderful all the way from the front desk to the assistants in the back!! I highly recommend Community Dental in Buffalo!!"

"They have construction all the way around getting there. It took us double the time to get there (2.5 hours)and we where 18 minutes later than the appointment time. They never call us back by then even when we show up on time so I would see this as a problem. So the statements on their website, I believe, are not true... here are the statements they have on there "Integrity: We strive to do what is morally and ethically right, acting with fairness, honesty, and respect. Professionalism: We hold ourselves to the highest standard of excellence and ensure that the needs of our patients always come first." The supervisor was very rude and told me I had an attitude but then demanded I stop talking when I was trying to explain. I believe that is very unprofessional and that considering how she was talking and saying there are no exception for any patients and they have to do what is best for the doctors....completely goes against what they have on their web page."

"Went there a few months back for some fillings, got two done and had two more to do but at the second appointment the nurse was off putting and without gloves, she unwrapped the tools that were going into my mouth and while I was being numbed I had the worst mouth pain so I told them I’d reschedule. The first filling was painful enough, and today one of those fillings came out and I am somehow not surprised. Luckily it doesn’t ache but the empty and rough part of my tooth is so annoying, and OF course it happened just before the long weekend. I now drive 30 more minutes to go to All Smiles in Medina. They are great at their job and way more caring than the people at Buffalo Community."
