"Gel chipped and cracked within 2 weeks and they will not fix it. I go to elite nails In Chan and I have never had chipping- I’ve let them grow out for over a month before. Excelsior seemed like they were rushing through and the owner is rude! I’ve also made an appointment online and when I got there they told me they didn’t have time to do my nails and I booked it too late in the day. Even though their system had that as an available time slot. They told me they couldn’t do it and I would have to reschedule. I’ve just had bad experiences everytime I’ve been in there lately, and the newer owner (a man) is not nice or welcoming. I had been a customer for years until lately, but will not be going back. It used to be so much better"

She also Has an eye for precision and goes above and beyond to make sure your nails look great. The atmosphere of the nail salon is also very calm and peaceful."
