"I am much more likely to write a company or post a review if I've had a good experience. But, Sorensen was worth my time to post about my dealings with them. My daughter went in for braces. $6,400 was the first quote. A relative was paying for them, so I asked that a statement be sent to them and they were to pay it in full when they got it. Weeks passed and no statement was sent. At that point, I was told that they couldn't send a statement. Why? And, why not call and tell me this? The Dr. has pulled a tooth of mine and a tooth of my daughter. I'm not at all positive either of them needed it. The Dr. had NO bedside manner and on more than one occasion, would enter the room and not even acknowledge my presence. Just not a good feeling all around."
