Erin is very responsive to what you’d like and has been great at interpreting my inspiration photos into a look that is is perfect for me. She also wants to make sure you like it, so if you need adjustments she accommodates them. I have had her highlight, tone, cut and style my hair each time and it is beautiful. "This is the worst hair experience I have had in my life! & I'm 57! Erin promised she could fix the awful highlights I had done at home but instead I left with damaged hair that after one wash the brown toner came out & brought me back to an even worse brassy orange. She changed the appointment time & was distracted for the entire appointment. Doing laundry, cutting 2 other clients hair while coloring my hair, gossiping about past clients & most importantly NOT listening to what I wanted for hair coloring. Instead of bringing my hair back to brown tones she added "blended" highlights making it look like i had my hair colored months begfore & it was growing out...ugh!!!She ghosted me & refused to refund me. The worst salon I have ever been to. And now my hair is ruined for my daughter's wedding. Do NOT go here! There is a reason she has appointments available last minute on the weekends."

"Hidden gem in otsego! Last minute run to get my hair ready before my trip, Absolutely enjoyed my experience here. I took my chances and did a “walk in”. The owner Erin saw that I was in a hurry and managed to do my hair in a small time frame! I left amazed with the results! My hair looks beautiful, she did an amazing trim. Will be back!"
