"I called today to set up an appointment. I told her on the phone I wanted ombré nails and how much would it cost. ( yes I understand it depends on length to some places). I went to my appointment and showed her the design I wanted. I was then informed that they don’t have colored powder so she was gonna do gel polish and powder witch was okay. When I also set my appointment up I told her that I still had about 6 nails on from my last set. So when I sat down I thought she would have soaked them off to save my natural nail damage. Instead she used cuticle clippers and ripped them off. I do like how my nails look but would have liked a heads up before hand about the powders before I drove there. Rating low do to ripping acrylic nails off my natural nails and damaging them. Wasn’t really worth 75bucks."
