"This is the BEST PET STORE EVER!! They have a few pets available near the front that you can pet and hold, they have a lot of special treats for your fur babies, as well as supplies for reptiles, birds, and even bugs. I come here at least once a week to pet the animals."

"Can’t say enough great things about this place!! The staff is always so helpful, the selection is Awesome!! My daughter loves it here, they have a small section up front where you can pet the small animals and she begs to go and play with the animals! We have her Bday party scheduled here in a few days! "Neighborhood Pet Shoppe is a great addition to downtown Conway. The store has a good selection and very helpful staff. They also appeal to families with kids and adults who enjoy pets, so there often seem to be a lot of positive interactions around the store. It seems like the prices are only slightly higher than at any other place around town with similar products, but it's great dealing with folks who know the merchandise and are nearby all the other great places and things to do downtown. It's worth stopping by when you're in the vicinity, or if you live nearby it's an easy walk from everything else. Folks driving past the the building on Court Street might not know about the "front" of the store and much more parking around back, some spaces designated for the pet store and a lot more shared by the other offices, shops and restaurants around the perimeter."

"They are having an amazing adoption drive through the end of this month and all of the pet supplies shown behind our new family member Izzy, comes with your new pet! - I was told upfront the $45 fee was cash or money order only because it’s going to STATE shelters. Not the pet store. - I was not told about the amazing supplies they would gather as supplies allowed while they finished her paperwork - I was advised that due to slow shipping and shelters running out that they may or may not have a carrier (they are legally required to do so and it’s the only safe way for your animal) -They helped me find the cheapest carrier for $18 that I can use many more years! -They got her ready to go while my daughter and I went to the bank to get cash -Their adoption deal is amazing and for $45 you could not personally spay neuter or your animal shots -they were out of stock on one option of kitty treats that are really gourmet that they tried to send out if they have the supplies and they heard me mention we have a small dog so they threw in those -Incredibly approachable staff threw out every department of the store as we looked at multiple sections, ask questions if you have answers, these folks are friendly, and here to help! The total of the quality of food and cat litter provided is much more than the actual adoption fee. They truly care about the animals and Izzy is the first animal I’ve adopted here and the easiest ever to transition into our family. Highly recommended for their specially trained staff and high care of adoptable animals."
