"Sonic is usually reliable for decent food and reasonably fast service. This one is no difference. The tater tot ordered were extremely fresh fresh and tasted amazing. Also, the Dr Pepper I ordered was bubbly and fresh. However, also, I ordered chicken strips that were not at all cooked by being fried. Either that or they were from the day before. They seem to have been reheated in a microwave cording to the rubbery texture. I would not judge all their food according to this, but anything you do you should do with excellence and unfortunately they fell short on this one thing.I will say the staff was extremely helpful."
"Ordered a grilled cheese with bacon & added extra bacon and was charged for what I ordered. The sandwich was slopped together, had a big hole in the middle, No bacon at all and the cheese was so hard I could tap on it with my fingernails and make sound. There were only 2 other cars there so it's not like they were crazy busy.....I'm so sick of paying the prices we pay for them to bring out garbage. Chili's has 2 dinners for $25....about the same for 2 combo meals at Sonic....Just saying"
"Took twenty minutes to get one order of onion rings. The wait staff came out with the wrong order. Had to wait a few more minutes for the correct order. It came in a bag so it was hard to figure out if it was indeed a large order. Doesn’t seem to be a large order of onion rings to me."
