"Slow and why do they have to be so skimpy with the fries? This is the third time I've gone to this location and the large fries I ordered is always at halfway empty. You could basically say I paid for a large fry but only got a medium. At least they weren't cold this time"
"AMY the general manager refused to refund my purchase for items that were not marked unavailable in the app because I used my rewards points for a single item. She said they could no longer issue refunds with purchases made with points even though 3/4 items were paid off my card then proceeded to tell me I was lying and would not look at my mobile receipt to even confirm. I would've ate the points if I had to but the actual money I lost out on was absolutely ridiculous. As were her actions and customer service ability."
