"This is the place you take your wife for a spectacular dinner. Period. Great food, attentive but not overbearing service and relaxing atmosphere. Try the antipasta appetizer.. fantastic. Come with an appetite and leave full and with leftovers. Let's support this restaurant, Fort Smith !"

"This place took a spot on our ‘to-do’ list after a friend made a referral. We gave it a try tonight and I was not disappointed with any aspect of the experience. The person who greeted and seated us was pleasant, present and interactive all while still being professional. The space is well-appointed and not overdone. The music was at a good volume and had a very nice sound. It wasn’t tinny, echo-y, muffled etc. I just remember noticing how good of a quality it seemed to have. Our drinks arrived quickly and our order was taken as soon as we were ready. Our appetizer came out nicely presented and was very tasty. Almost perfectly timed a little later, and just well presented, our main dishes were served. The food was savory and flavorful with excellent texture and spot-on in temperature. The portions were just the right size and not ridiculously large as seems to be the norm in so many places. We were not over or under-attended to and payout at the table was a smooth process. There is parallel parking along the road in front of the main entry as well as a parking lot in the interior of The Hub, which is where we parked and walked around to the front. It is not very far of a walk at all and you pass by an inviting outdoor seating and dining area. There is no fee to park and the lot was well-lit. I definitely recommend Piatto."

"Our table had Pasta e Polpeta (pasta, marinara, & meatballs), Sicilian Chicken (grilled chicken w/ pasta in olive oil, etc), Carbonara, Pasta alla Carretiera (fettuccine in creamy parm, tomatoes, & grilled shrimp), Bianca Aglio Pizza, and Sausage & Peppers. The Carbonara, Pasta alla Carretiera, and Sausage & Peppers were all really good. The pizza wasn’t for us and the grilled chicken in the Sicilian Chicken reminded us of pre-cooked frozen grilled chicken breasts from Walmart instead of freshly grilled chicken. The focaccia bread wasn’t for us either (tasted like nothing but rosemary). The Cocktail Menu was disappointing (the majority were only martinis) & 3 draft beers (a lot of wine if that’s your thing). Service was outstanding, for sure. Overall, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations for upscale Italian, but we still had a great time."

"Absolutely fabulous! Our waiter, Jared was very attentive and please listen to his recommendations! Sam, the manager was very kind and came greet us at our table. Highly recommend the bruschetta him the pasta cacio e pepe with either sausage ( not on the menu yet) or chicken. Delightful meal."

"Hated seeing Revel leave, but our first experience with Piatto was a good one! Great Italian, with amazing bread and pasta. The salad even had great zest and was pretty memorable. We had a good time, so we will definitely be back!"
