"The management was AWFUL. So rude to not only her employees, but to me as well. There was no cheese dip, and they had to make more. Which is fine, except she had a whole pan of it in her hands. When I asked about it, she ignored me. When she did talk to me, she was beyond rude. I feel bad for the employees she manages. Hopefully it was just a bad day, and she’s not like that all the time. Unfortunately, I will never find out because I will not be returning. I paid $45 for below average food, and horrible service."
"it’s always a hit or miss with chipotle but today i’m disappointed. Order was wrong, (didn’t include fajita veggies) and barely any of the regular portions. It’s depressing. If they’re out of something, they never notify you of it. This isn’t the first time they miss something and don’t let me know. Even if it was queso, that I and other people pay extra for. The price is ridiculous for what i’ve been getting. Not worth it. Chipotle in fort smith needs to do better."
"Only got about half portions. There's no excuse, supply chains are not an issue anymore. This is either shrinkflation to excess, greed, or mistrained staff. Prices have increased, portions should not."
"Really amazing value..great portion sizes, fresh food, well seasoned. I got a kids meal and it was more than enough for my small appetite...enough to make three tacos. My friend got a full size meal and had three meals from it over two days. Friendly enough service and clean enough restaurant. Fast and efficient. I will for sure go back."
"I used Doordash to order dinner and was sorely disappointed. I notice the quality is usually subpar if I have the meal delivered, but at times I have to bite the bullet if I can't get away from work. Usually I just deal with the missing ingredient, but today I paid $20 for a meal and received what was essentially an empty container! I have never received a portion size this small at any Chipotle location ever. It was literally a fourth of the normal amount. If I could have left work just to speak to a manager I would have over this (and I've NEVER done that in my life!!). If you call the location it's just an automated system so I'll settle for this review and showing them this picture in person tomorrow. Suffice to say I will never order from this location again."
