"Because of your great staff and customer service I would really like to give you 5 stars but the fact that you are open on Christmas Day is why I can't. That tells me that you don't value your employees. People have plenty of time to do their Christmas shopping and for some reason you really believe you are going to make money on this day for the last minute shoppers. It isn't right. These people work hard for you all year long and while I was going to do some shopping there this weekend I have changed my mind because I don't wanna support any company who can't close their doors for one day so their entire staff can be at home with their families as they deserve!"
