"They sat me at a table with broken lights. So when I asked to be moved they said yeah they've been broken for a while. So my new table was great however, they gave me a sticky menu. The server, Hannah, took over 10 minutes to get to me. And even asked if I had been waiting long. I let her know and she apologized and took my order. I informed her of the sticky menu and she acted like I was asking her to do something below her. I then watched her put the sticky menu back on the stack for the next person to experience. The floors were visibly dirty and I thought the floor was uneven, no that was just the dirty napkin no one pucked up. I kicked it to the edge of the isle to see if anyone would think to pick it up. Nope, it must have been below them to make sure the place at least looks clean for guests. The utensils I was given were rusted and broken. The food was good but over all, for the price point, Do Better, Longhorn, Do Better."

"We had roughly a 20-minute wait when we got there. They were slammed and were very efficient. Our waitress Lilly was hands down the best waitress I've ever had. She was so polite and on top of everything. She was busy with all her tables being sat. You would have never known she did not seem stressed or anything!! My husband had a ribeyes and I had a sirloin both cooked to perfection. Love going to longhorn and will be back. My favorite steak house in the river valley!!!"

"This is the 2nd time I have ordered a filet and got served a over cooked sirloin. No ranch dressing for The Wild West Shrimp I order or the 2 mixed green salads. This place is going down hill fast."

"We went out on a date nite Friday night joined the wait list 35 mins before arrival checked in shot seated 30 mins later not bad considering people arriving were told they had an hour and half wait. Party of three got seated and orders drinks and apps. They were out quick we got the onion and shrimp they were both amazing!! Great portions . Ordered I got the outlaw ribeye after reading reviews about it and it did not disappoint at all it was awesome, got the red rock shrimp added as well as haveing the potato and Mac n cheese the Mac n cheese is great was very flavored bacon Parm crusted top yummy. My Wife order the outlaw pork chops they were very well seasoned and very tasty not dry very juicy and side of a potato . My Husband got the 8oz sirloin rare it was good he said the best he's orders out perfectly cooked and well seasoned he got the mashed potatoes and gravy . Didn't care for them. We both had the hand chopped salad it was great lettuce cheese tomato cucumber small chops good!! I had the long pour perfect margarita it was very good. All the staff was super friendly and very polite. We will be back."
