"12/1/2023 - Brought my son in for a meal. He started eating his burger, and there was a Wadded up sticker inside. I took it to the assistant manager, And all he said was it will not hurt him. Not a refund, not I'm sorry, my bad, anything. Extremely unprofessional. I started eating my burger and it was half raw. I am including a picture."

"Christina , the manager on shift was rude from the start. We were told they were slammed and it might take too long for us to get food on our 30 minute meal break from work. There was a family of 5 and two more folks in the lobby and two cars in the drive thru. Then we had ordered a large drink and she forgot it so when we asked for it she gave us two smaller cups for the inconvenience. Makes no sense. A bad manager makes for a bad dining experience. * I wish to extend a public thank you to the owner of this establishment for reaching out to me so quickly. "This was a great restaurant with great food and service! Ordered an Arby's Beef N' Cheddar combo meal and an additional sandwich. The employee was very friendly and efficient! Received order promptly and accurately. The food was hot and fresh and very tasty. The lobby was clean with the drink station area stocked and well organized."
