"A fairly standard Taco Bell experience overall. There have been several times when the food doesn't taste like it was freshly made. It is also not uncommon for them to forget your drink cup if you place a mobile order inside. This location generally stays pretty busy, as it is close to campus."

"Watch your receipts....went thru drive-thru late Tuesday night, they told us how much the order was, I gave them my debit card and was charged more than my order. When I questioned about it they could not explain. Said it must have been "some kind of charge". I ckd with bank the next day and there was no such charge. Bank said the full amount is what taco bell ran it for. Fast food establishments are expensive enough without them stealing more"

"Ordered through DoorDash, would have blamed the bad things on DoorDash if they weren't supposed to be in the sealed bag and had they been made properly. But the doordash driver was a swell dude and this store sucks for not prepping a super simple order properly and forgetting items."

"Was at Taco Bell, 1308 N. Arkansas, Russellville,AR 72801 at 7:19 pm today. Ordered take out for my family. Paid for our order,$45.31.When food was presented at drive up window, I noticed bag was sealed with a sticker. I asked the gentleman handing it to me, was there anything else, he assured me it was all in the bag. Arrived home 5 minutes later and unpacked bag. Pictures will describe the state my purchases were in. Tacos were broken in haphazard wrappers, as if a 2 year old had been given the task! I ordered 2 chips and cheese but were not in the bag. My biggest disappointment was arriving home with nothing that my four year old granddaughter had ordered. This has always been my go to Taco Bell because of the quality of food and service, which has always been excellent until this evening. I tried calling the restraunt but only received a busy signal each time in an hour of trying. Please try to see this through my granddaughter's eyes."
