"Quite pricey. Friendly staff, forgot to apply my coupon. No biggie. They're are more affordable options if you don't mind waiting or making an appointment. But if you need an oil change quick and fast these fellas will get er done."

"My company vehicle needed an oil change and this was my first time going to a Jiffy Lube. At 8:28am I went inside to be cut off as soon as I started to speak to be told to drive around back and get in line. There were three bay doors with a pickup waiting in front of one. I proceeded to “get in line” behind the pickup when the same man came out (with a very angry look on his face) and rudely indicated with both hands for me to go to the next door. Inside the vehicle I said there was no need to be rude. He then came to my window and informed me there would be a twenty minute wait. I was fine with the wait. After the pickup beside me backed up and left another man came to my window and told me to pull over to the first bay since the other vehicle left. I was asked to drive in over the pit and pop the hood at 8:34am. At 8:52am the first man very kindly ask if it was a fleet vehicle, scanned the code and said he would be back in a minute. He came and nicely asked me for the information folder and thanked me. He came back a couple minutes later, asked for my first name and they started on my oil change. I was finished up and driving out before 9:10am with a thank you. I started out the experience thinking that I would never go to a Jiffy Lube again if I didn’t have to but left thinking everyone has bad moments and I don’t know what is going on in the lives of others. The man that was rude seemed to realise that he was and was pleasant during the remainder of my visit. Thank you for what ended as a usual oil change and not a horrible experience."

"I have been going to Jiffy Lube for 8 years to get my oil changed. I have never had to pay for than $85 for the full service oil change until today. It was a very unusual and expensive experience. I don't think I'll be going back to this location. First the guy told me that my oil lid needed a cleaning which would cost $12 to replace. Than he told me the synthetic oil, which I get every time would cost $160!! I was shocked! I ended up taking the cheapest oil because I needed the oil change today. They didn't even invite me to sit inside the waiting area for a drink and popcorn like they always do. They made me sit in the car and watch as they worked on my car. It was quick and I ended up paying $95 with the coupon. I knew I was being ripped off but it was a very uncomfortable situation and I didn't know who was in charge to make a complant to. Very disappointed! I just hope they did the service correctly and I don't need to go back in soon."

"I was in Fargo for a different appointment and realized that I needed steering wheel fluid. They took me in right away and were quick and over all great! They also noticed that my tires were a little low on air, so without even having to ask them they filled them to the recommend pressure. For everything that they did for me in a short notice, it was all free of charge. I am very grateful for their service. Thank you Jiffy Lube!"
