"Ulta is a cosmetic department store. It's a place to buy almost any beauty products, until you have an ipsy account and were sent a product, that when I went and asked for it at Ulta, found out they don't carry it... I have spent 500.00 in one round, upgrading my cosmetic line from cheep, and went with barenaked minerals line, got home and opened the products, and became almost completely outraged, was super not happy about the match I was given, went back the next day and everything was opened, they exchanged it super fast and we're super friendly and apologetic... The color was so orange, I was embarrassed to even go wearing it. I had to have someone else help with the tone match, and it turned out great. I will go again when I need something."

"I’m not sure but if your not white they make you feel awkward & follow you around. Especially the manager with black girl. Don’t ask for tips on makeup they’re clueless. At this point I think they hire girls who can put foundation and say “yeppp she’s a MUA” go to Sephora"
"I came in looking for foundation and concealer. I don't wear makeup often, so I really didn't know what I needed and I was putting my trust in them. First of all, it was nearly impossible to find someone willing to help me. When I finally did find someone, she was just not very good help. I told her I have very oily skin, and she gave me foundation that is used for people with dry skin. The foundation was also way too pale for me. And my skin looked HORRIBLE. Absolutely AWFUL. I spent $30 on makeup that doesn't look good on me, nor does it work for my skin. I will say, she did try to color match me. But she didn't try more than one brand. She just picked the closest one... I was very unimpressed with the entire situation and I won't be coming back."
"I came here looking for the Halsey About Face makeup and there was very limited selection. Her makeup line offers mascara, foundation, setting spray, dozens and dozens of eyeshadow paint and there was only maybe 7 colors to choose from. Please make your About Face selection larger! Everyone was very friendly and helpful though."
