"My first time taking this taxi service and my experience was an overall good one. The arrival time to pick us up was about 20 minutes late, but we arrived at our destination early and it all worked out and pick up time was 10 minutes earlier than the dispatch person on the phone said how long the wait would be. The person on the phone was very pleased as the driver's were as well. The driver that picked us up apologize for his being late. I don't take taxi's often,so I don't have any other taxi service to compare this taxi service with, but my experience wasn't a bad one."
"When Uber and Lyft chose not to be available, this company was. It costs more, but they were the only ones available for me between 3PM and 5PM on a Friday!"
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Look at the other reviews. As I type this company/gruff man who claims to be a cab company has left my son standing in freezing cold weather in tears, not having shown up for an airport transfer. He will miss his flight home for the holidays. Despite repeated calls and texts, no reply, no text, doesn't care. This will be you if you rely on this company. I am calling the grand forks airport, better business bureau, tourism bureau and whomever else I can report this company to to file a complaint."

"Calling these people to get a ride was very pleasant. Upon getting to Grand Forks to get the ride. It wasn't available. The man answering the phone was very unpleasant, and unkind told me he couldn't come get me after they said they would and then just hung up the phone without saying Goodbye. The most rude and obnoxious person. I've talked to in a business in some years. The utter disrespect that this person had by refusing me service because they were too busy. When they're always promised to come pick us up at the train station. I wouldn't use this service if it was the last service on the plane"
