We went to the Ramsey location and worked with Scott who listened to our wants in coach and we looked at the one we came to see and others, not seeing one that checked all our boxes. Mark was just the best and always available for questions, we are long time campers and have owned several types of units, but never a motorized one and have had many questions. "We just completed our first service experience here with Hunter and Dan. We have nothing but good things to say about the level of service, expertise, attention to detail and communication from the service team. Our camper had brake issues and after troubleshooting- the outcome was loose wiring which service team thoroughly tested and verified that our brake controller and app were working correctly as well. We highly recommend their service department and would come back again for other repairs."
