"Absolutely horrible experience. Rude unhelpful staff providing inaccurate information about their own policies and then blaming the customer. My partner left the store in tears and was so embarrassed by the way she was treated. I went back to the store today to discuss what happened and now for a second time I'm appalled. We won't be back and frankly, I'm amazed the vendors are even willing to have their brands associated with this business at all... it's not a good look."
