"I asked to speak with the store manager apparently they don’t have one . But they need one bad this girl was on the phone walking around then she left outside to get on the phone while I was in the store . And I had to wait for her to come back in to get rung up. Where is the zero star? very unprofessional."

"I wasnt happy with my visit today, there was a item I was buying and it was on special if you buy 1 at the regular price you get the second one at 50/percent off well it didnt come up right when the cashier rang it up she said it would take it off at the end of the sale but it didnt.I told the cashier that was on duty there was a sign where the item was and it was right by the check out but she didnt even walk a few steps to check it out.She was really rude and said she was tired I dont care if she didnt sleep well the night before I'm here to pick up what I need and she didnt seem to care and to make me a happy customer I wasnt happy with her at all.She lost part of a sale from me but she didnt care. She said her night shift crew must of put the sale sign up but she just voided my transaction and re-rang up my stuff I told her I didnt want the item that didnt ring up right as she didnt care if I bought it or not.Apparently she was a assistant manager or something but she sure has not had good training as far as treating the customer right I was always told the customer is always right,I know I've worked retail at several places that cashier should not be working at a retail store.I dont know if I will ever come back to your store in Big Lake I will take my business elsewhere where they treat their customers better."

"The cashier wasn't wearing a mask so I walked out and was literally chased to my car by a screaming anti mask woman for leaving. I have cancer so I won't be going there again. Enter at your own risk!"

"Cashiers are nice! Place is clean and well stocked, but it's not a dollar store. Not much there for $1. But it's always cool to go in there because they have interesting things."

"With a mask mandate I expect workers to wear masks. If they can't be bothered to wear one then I seriously doubt they can be bothered to keep items from being contaminated. Will no longer shop there and will use Dollar Store in Monticello."
