Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I repeat! Do not order from this place! Barely any meat and rice! (Had to add my own white rice). Small portion of veggies also . It felt like I was just eating sour cream and cheese only. Did not get some other ingredient and my guac which I paid extra for it. My other order wasnt closed good so it spilled. Please for the love of god avoid this chipotle!"

"There is currently a young man working there on the food line that couldn't wrap a Christmas gift in a garbage bag if his life depend on it, Im not sure if he doesn't care or just hates his job but for the love of god please move him to the grill or to another company all together. if you see this fellow (6ft tall ish, brown skinned, Bearded and round like a properly wrapped should be) save yourself the headache and order a burrito bowl or just go eat literally anywhere else on grand."

"Place closes at 10pm on the day I went. I came in at 7:30pm, and they told me they'd stopped making both chips and veggies for the day already. They had no rice (white or brown) and no chicken prepared. I waited with one other person in line for a full 30 minutes before they told me that white rice was going to take another 20 minutes and suggested I just do brown rice instead or go somewhere else. Chipotle has absolutely gone WAY under. I remember when the Chipotle on Grand was one of the best places to go. Now it's just another fast food dump."

"Food was ok. Service was really good. Atmosphere was pleasant. Plenty of room to sit. Only reason I rate the atmosphere 4 stars is because there is no bathroom in the restaurant. You have to leave the restaurant and go inside of an attached mall where there's a locked bathroom with a key code latch. You need the code to access the bathroom. The code is 1-2-3-4"

"When I asked for fajita veggies they just said they didn't have any right now. No explanation or reasoning. It kind of felt like they just didn't want to make any. I would have been happy with waiting for it but I didn't know if they were out entirely or out just for now. Lazy customer service. Food came out relatively fast though."
