"Great Culver’s food - the chicken sandwich was fresh, hot, and tasty! The Culver’s signature sauce has just a bit of zip. The raspberry cheesecake custard (FOTD) was disappointing - rather bland, artificial raspberry flavor, and not much of it. Only sad part of the visit."
"To many workers standing around gocking at the customers.. None but 1 could speak English.. The fish was horrible cold and had a lot of water in it. French fries and Onion rings were cold as well.. You are wasting your Money on having So Many Works that either have nothing to do or are just lazy. Speaking Spanish in front of the customers and looking at them is uncalled for...."
"I had a coupon for moving into the area so went and used it. The man at the drive thru got an attitude the minute I gave him the coupon. He screamed that I should have told him I had a coupon. Then he proceeded to yell for manager to deal with the coupon. I said well if coupons need to be pronounced before getting to the window the sign should say so. And he just kept giving me dirty looks. I was so so so pissed off. I got my food and drove away. The man who gave me my food was the only nice part of the whole deal. And that is not saying much. It was so cold out that day. I will never ever go back. It is a close fast food. But never ever again"
"Fast service, ordered side Chilli with onion and cheese, but didn't come with it. Also ordered 8 piece chicken tender. Got home and was only 4 pieces and size of chicken nuggets. My cousin ordered double deluxe. Some how it came out plain. Won't be going back to this culver's."
"Been coming here since it opened and have noticed a steady decline in the service. Yesterday I ordered just a hot fudge sundae (and requested extra napkins since they never provide enough). I had to pull over and park (drive through) as they were busy, this is fine. The server came out with my order, handed me a half-full, half-melted sundae. No bag, no napkins. Probably won’t be going back."
