"The employee at this location was very rude and unprofessional. I went there around 2 pm on Thursday and the blonde haired young lady hardly said a word to me. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help. There was no one else in the store yet I stood at the counter waiting for her even though she saw me walk in. She didn't smile and made me feel like an inconvenience for returning an item. This is a very big change from any other experiences I've had at VS. Please talk with this girl. I did not get her name as I didn't see a name tag. I didn't even think she worked there."
