I decided to put off the repair--shame on me. A few months later I heard the clunk, clunk, clunk sound that indicates shocks and struts are done. Louis was able to get me in the same day I called and after they installed the new ones, my vehicle was driving like a Mario Kart that just picked up the invincibility star--smooth and no noise.
