"The staff was friendly. The store was clean on the inside and outside. My wife and I were both pleased with the speed in which we received our food. Their Chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon is awesome. The Mac and Cheese is better than most places in my opinion. I felt like the staff gave great customer service. I would definitely eat here again."
"This location has given us the wrong order more than once. They try to correct it by writing down your name for next time but that doesn’t work either. Got another wrong order today in the drive thru, no receipt and when we called the store they were not willing to help. The manager could be heard yelling at the employee who answered the phone but would not talk to us. Manager’s name is Gustavo. We called corporate for a refund and hope that they do some investigation of this location. Very poor customer service. We will never use this location again."
"Food is fine. However, whenever I do drive-thru pickup and asked for more ketchup, the maximum they can give is 3 small packets. Always have to pickup in store to get more ketchup"
"This hurts me leaving this review. I don't like doing 1 star reviews, but man... this was probably the worst fast food quality I've had in years. I got the original chicken sandwich, which is my go too here, and that sandwich had to of been sitting there for a very long time. The mayo was gone/absorbed into the chicken breading, and bun, even with the bun being mayo soaked it was still hard/stale, the mayo that was still visible on the sandwich was see through and gelatin looking, and the 2 pickles were both butt slices of pickle. I've eaten here multiple times, always had hot fresh food, but idk what was going on today. Very disappointing. Probably won't go back for some time."
