Wendy's 8780 University Avenue Northwest, Minneapolis, MN 55448

"Longest wait ever - and I don't even know why. Even if there is nobody else at the restaurant I've had them say "please hold" when you pull up - and then wait 15 minutes for them to make a single value meal. I don't know how they are still in business, I like Wendy's but not this location. I did drive through but reviews only let you select Dine in, take out, or delivery. How about "drive thru"?"

"Used coupon, no issues, and food arrived correctly. Workers could use some basic customer service training though on how to greet/communicate. Curious where they find these folks..."

"The workers here don't know how to use their own coupons when you want to use them in store. Don't put the coupons on there if you're not going to let us. It's bad enough you places are charging such high prices (the man in front of me ordered a meal and then decided not to get it because it cost too much for one person). I went ahead and ordered for my friend so that I could try to use mine online but then it wouldn't let me order online either. This place is a joke always has been."

"Check your bag every time you leave this restaurant they are constantly messing orders up and be mad at you for it and they messed up my order again this happens all the time at this location. Cashier at the window didn't repeat my order at the menu intercom to make sure everything was correct and didn't even give me the amount they just told me to pull up to the window. To get all the way home and find out that your order wasn't complete, how irritating."

"We went kinda late for some chili because it was cold out and seemed like a good idea. Staff were friendly and quickly fixed our order when it wasn't as expected. Dining area was clean, quiet, and felt open and airy. Food was as expected. Chocolate frosty is always a nice treat... even when it's cold out. ☺️"
