"This one star review is about the store and the service, not the clothing. I love Margret O'Leary clothing. I'm trying to overcome the dismissive treatment I got in this store to not reflect on this. I was returning a $500 hand knit sweater that I truly loved but found large gaps in the knit where it has sagged or something. With only one other customer in the store, I had to ask to be helped after hovering for a few minutes. The store worker did not offer to exchange or try another sweater which I saw on their shelf. She just yanked the yarn a bit and "told me" it was hand knit and just "adjusting" the area would fix the problem. Of course I had tried adjusting the area. And I knew it was hand knit. I had read the description! She said it had come from shipping (even though this Edina store was the return address on the box label and a hand written note from the store manager was included in the package) and that an email would be sent the next day to confirm the return. So we left the sweater at the store and walked out without any receipt that we just left $500 in a box on the counter. Wow. Maybe she was trying to be clandescent since I was having a problem with the same sweater the other customer was looking at. Or the other customer was more important."
